About VRIZEVRIZE is a digital engineering and technology company that helps organizations accelerate innovation through modern software, cloud, data, and AI solutions. We partner with clients across industries to design, build, and scale technology products that drive business impact.
About the RoleWe're building a platform that uses AI agents to run the software delivery lifecycle end to end — requirements, code, security, testing, infra, and deployment — with a human in the loop at every gate. It's a Python backend orchestrating LLMs across many cloud and dev-tool integrations, with a web UI on top.
This is one of two core engineering roles that deliberately overlap. You'll both build features end to end, review each other's work, and keep things moving when the other is out. We want generalists who can take a goal and a rough UX direction and turn it into working software with little hand-holding — and who bring their own ideas on how to build it.
WhatYou'll Do
- Build and ship features across the stack, including backend services, agent workflows, integrations, and user-facing interfaces.
- Work directly with leadership to translate product goals into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations with LLMs, AI APIs, cloud services, developer tools, and observability platforms.
- Evaluate architectural trade-offs and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Maintain high standards for quality, testing, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with a small team to rapidly iterate on product capabilities.
- 4+ years building production software, with strong Python.
- Comfortable across the stack: APIs, data, and a functional front end.
- Strong practical experience working with LLMs or AI APIs.
- Strong working knowledge of cloud (AWS preferred), containers, and CI/CD.
- Self-directed. You can run with ambiguity and don't need tickets spelled out.
- Good product sense — you care that what you build is actually usable.
- Early-stage startup or 0-to-1 product development experience.
- Experience with agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, or workflow engines.
- Experience building developer tools, automation platforms, or AI-native products.
- Familiarity with React, Type Script, or modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience working in fast-paced product development environments.
We are a small, highly collaborative team with direct access to leadership and short feedback loops. We value people who take ownership, communicate clearly, move quickly, and focus on delivering meaningful outcomes. We are looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and enjoy turning ideas into working products.
