Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Gather and pack all food and equipment necessary for delivery event.
• Deliver food, beverages, and equipment to designated addresses and/or areas.
• Set-up and pick-up of catering events and equipment as scheduled.
• Load and unload delivery vans and trucks.
• Respond to inquiries from customers in a courteous manner.
• Stock and clean work areas and related equipment.
• Return dishes, utensils, etc. to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Cover, label, and store food in proper storage area following service period.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Stay on time and follow delivery schedule.

This role is not limited to the above outlined responsibilities and will require additional tasks when and as needed; such as, but also not limited to, assisting with washing of dishes and possibly light food prep.

• Adhere to safe driving standards and practices (compliant with state and local laws at all times).
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to move up to 50 lbs. by yourself.
• Must be able to work evenings, early mornings, and weekends and be flexible in scheduling from week to week.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be positive and respectful in working with a diverse population.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Motivated self-starter and able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated commitment to GREAT customer service.

Additional requirements include providing a copy of a valid Drivers License as well as a copy of a minimum 5 years driving record from the state DMV.

Compensation paid at an hourly rate plus gratuity.
