Executive Assistant
Pay Rate Range: $37.00-$39.00/hr

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-5PM and Friday 7:30AM-4PM

• Experience:
  
  3-5+ years in executive or administrative roles, preferably in a service or trade business.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling tools. Experience in Sage software a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Organization, discretion, detail oriented, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Familiarity with garage door service operations is a plus.

• Calendar & Scheduling:
  Assisting with managing the owner’s and Sales staff’s schedules. Help coordinate service appointments, and dispatch technicians efficiently.
• Customer Service:
  Help oversee the departments that answer service calls. Respond to texts, and handle emergencies to ensure no lead is lost.
• Estimates & Follow-Ups:
  Track pending quotes, convert estimates to jobs, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Parts & Inventory:
  Assist in product ordering, confirm confirmations and receive product in our system.
• Administrative Support:
  Prepare reports, draft SOPs, maintain records, and handle correspondence.
• Owner Support:
  Assist with office procedures to keep the office running smoothly. Help in making sound decisions.
