Construction Project Engineer (Minneapolis, MN) – Gpac. Long‑time commercial general contractor seeking Project Engineers for large‑scale projects. Candidates with a couple of years of commercial construction experience looking for growth are encouraged to apply. Interviews to follow.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, Construction‑related degree (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.)
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret blueprints and construction‑related documents
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills

• Produce, monitor, track, and distribute project ASIs, CCDs, RFIs, and Submittals
• Assist in procurement of building permits, Certificate of Occupancy, and other requirements
• Assist Superintendent and Project Manager with Quality Assurance and Quality Control
• Attend weekly or biweekly OAC and/or Subcontractor Coordination meetings
• Coordinate distribution of bidding documents to prospective subs and suppliers
• Document construction progress through weekly site visits and photographs
• Assist in coordination and securing owner‑furnished equipment and furnishings
• Help create and maintain accurate as‑built drawings onsite
• Maintain project record documents, including assembling final O&M manuals and As‑built drawings
• Assist Project Manager in miscellaneous project duties
• Fulfill special project needs as they arise
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
