An Industrial Services Project Manager is responsible for procuring clientele, estimating projects in
plumbing, piping, HVAC, and Millwright managing these projects from start to finish. We are an Industrial
solutions provider, so educating current and potential customers on the entire Horwitz offering is critical.
This role includes day-to-day operations that impact our company profitability and reputation. Our

else on our projects. Our project managers take the lead in this area.
These responsibilities generally describe the nature of the position and may not be all inclusive:
- Manage Customer Relationships in the Industrial Space
- Develop Opportunities at existing and new customer sites
- Manage projects that you have estimated as well as projects estimated by others.
- Set up budgets for these projects and manage your materials, equipment, labor and
subcontractors necessary to complete the project successfully. - Maintaining professionalism at all levels is extremely important to Horwitz and it is the
responsibility of the project manager to make sure that this duty is performed at all times. - The project manager will review contracts, making sure that all quality control and safety
standards necessary to successfully complete project are adhered to. - Prepare submittals, change orders, RFI’s and other pertinent project related paperwork.
- Coordinate purchase of materials and equipment.
- Manage labor and subcontractors, creating and maintaining accurate schedule for the project.
- Work with the owner or general contractor to complete project on time and under budget.
- Work with administrative staff to forecast costs accurately.
- Provide quality closeout documentation and training while making sure that our customer is
satisfied with the outcome of the project. - Performs other duties as assigned.
