Elementary School Special Education Center- ASD Teacher

This elementary school special education center-based ASD teaching position is available for the 2026-27 school year for the WAVE program:
Working Academically in a Visual Environment. The role provides a structured educational environment for students who benefit from a predictable and individualized setting. WAVE students typically succeed in smaller settings with a high staff-to-student ratio. The program supports students as they develop as whole individuals and often caters to those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as well as additional disabilities such as Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Learning Disabilities (LD), other neurological disorders, or mental health diagnoses (e.g., anxiety or depression).
