HVAC Sales Engineer​/Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Sales Engineer / Project Manager position include:

• 4–7 years of HVAC industry experience; manage design-build HVAC projects from bid through permits to project closeout
• HVAC technical education (2-year HVAC program or 4-year Engineering degree preferred); develop system designs and tailored HVAC solutions for light commercial facilities
• Proven HVAC sales or technical sales experience; prospect and develop new customer relationships within targeted vertical markets
• Strong project management background; oversee multiple projects simultaneously from design through installation
• Experience working with architects and general contractors; coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Knowledge of pre-sales processes including needs assessment and proposal development; prepare cost estimates, timelines, and resource plans
• Excellent communication skills; maintain clear updates with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks

Salary
: $60,000.00 - $ per year, commensurate with experience.
