Position Overview
Licensed Program Supervisor – School‑Based Services – Full Time – Salary: $78,000 – $88,000 per year, effective August 2026. The role will supervise therapists delivering school‑based therapy in the Anoka‑Hennepin School District and maintain a caseload of approximately nine clients. It includes administrative and clinical supervision, quality assurance, staff training, and direct client care as needed.
Responsibilities- Support the organization’s mission, vision, and values and ensure staff adhere to policies and service standards.
- Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments, including risk assessment, for clients.
- Lead weekly clinical supervision meetings in the absence of a clinical supervisor and routinely review individualized treatment plans and client progress.
- Review and sign off on all assessments and treatment plans, confirming accuracy and medical necessity.
- Supervise assigned staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures, providing coaching and corrective action as needed.
- Provide staff training, assess strengths and development needs, and give timely, specific feedback on job duties, policies, and best practices.
- Partner with staff to set professional goals that encourage growth.
- Attract, hire, orient, and retain high‑quality staff.
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy) from an accredited institution.
- Current clinical license as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT) with no restrictions, or proof of licensure within 60 days of employment.
- Two years or 4,000 hours of prior experience in the human services field, preferably with individuals exhibiting mental health symptoms.
- 0‑1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- State of Minnesota Board‑approved supervisor eligibility, if program requirements allow.
- Up to 4 weeks of PTO/ESST plus company‑designated and floating holidays.
