- Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare unit, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including patient charts, medication administration records, and quality metrics
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure that patients, families, and healthcare team members are informed of important information and updates
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to identify and address patient needs, and develop individualized care plans
- Perform unit-based tasks, such as answering phones, responding to requests, and distributing communications
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care
