E-Commerce Designer/Developer

Join the dynamic and progressive retail organization in the Midwest. Since 2008,  has operated as a Twin Cities-based online grocery company. The E-Commerce Designer/Developer designs and implements user-friendly, interactive, accessible, and brand-consistent content to advance Coborn's, Incorporated/Coborns Delivers e‑Commerce initiatives. The role also creates and executes web- and mobile-based content and channels to support marketing and sales activities within the e‑Commerce division.

Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Web Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of web development and design experience, preferably in a marketing role with proven understanding of marketing concepts, strategy, and implementation.
  • Experience designing and developing digital and interactive content.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS; experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML5, and CSS

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in both MAC and PC environments and familiarity with mobile technology (iOS and Android). Additionally, knowledge of third-party email platforms and digital photography is preferred.
  • Understanding of web-site best practices, browser limitations, search-engine optimization and mobile content optimization.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will develop and manage marketing promotions such as websites, microsites, and landing pages for both desktop and mobile, taking projects from concept to launch. Duties include designing, planning, programming, and executing email‑marketing campaigns with standard compliance and email client compatibility in mind.
