• Confirm the needed parts for service and install schedule and stage for the following day
• Assist field technicians with locating and loading parts
• Assist with walk-in customers
• Promote open and positive communication, both in verbal and written form with team members, departments, customers, and vendors
• Maintain high quality service delivery in an efficient, productive, and profitable manner
• Coordinate and perform administrative tasks as needed to assist the service department
• Promote safety always and participate in weekly toolbox talks
• Assist with van cleaning when needed
• Analyze warehouse efficiency and recommend changes to improve
• Assist with warehouse cleaning and maintenance
• Open and close branch as needed
• Perform periodic inventory counts
• Cross check bill of landing with product received
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person for walk-in customers
• Must be able to lift 75+ pounds
• Other duties as assigned

• 120 hours PTO per year, which begins accruing at point of hire.

• The pay range is $18-25/hour based on experience.
