$29 - $33/hour (DOE) | Temp-to-hire or direct-hire options available

Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Friday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and log repairs in CMMS
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and recommend improvements
• Support engineering and continuous improvement projects
• Design and fabricate fixtures, jigs, and components using shop tools (mills, lathes, woodworking equipment)
• Monitor equipment performance with production and engineering teams
• Inspect and maintain material handling systems, including new installations
• Maintain equipment documentation, manuals, and spare parts inventory

• Minimum 2 years of equipment technician or related maintenance experience
• Electronics and troubleshooting experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on your feet in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
