We have an exciting opening for Assembler B - 2nd Shift in New Hope, MN.
Your main responsibilitiesProcesses parts through area - incoming, outgoing, scrap, etc.
Loading, deburring and washing of parts in area.
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying job packet and work instruction; follows work instructions to produce quality product.
Demonstrates capability to meet standard level of productivity; meets daily production goals
Resolves problems to meet specifications, notifying Lead Person or Supervisor to obtain additional resources.
Maintaining paperwork is required to track safety, quality, cost, delivery, and OEE.
Participate in team environment, including participation in High Performance Work Teams.
Maintain safety conscious attitude and guidelines.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Knowledge of manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good attendance and punctuality
Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools
Ability to stand on your feet 8 to 10 hours per day

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule Competitive Compensation- The hourly pay for this position is $21.11 per hour with the ability to earn up to $24.00.
