We have an exciting opening for a Maintenance Technician III located in New Hope, MN. This position will provide entry‑level maintenance support for assembly equipment in a hydraulic actuator manufacturing environment by responding to operator line calls, performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting basic equipment issues, and escalating and communicating problems and improvement ideas to engineers and higher‑level technicians while following required safety practices.
YourMain Responsibilities
- Act as first responder to operator line calls; verify correct tools are available and equipment is functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot and correct simple issues on assembly equipment; elevate non‑routine problems to appropriate personnel.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, lubrication/greasing, relief valve adjustments).
- Assist with building and setting up new assembly stations as directed and as capable.
- Report equipment issues and downtime drivers to engineers and higher‑level technicians.
- Identify and communicate ideas for equipment/process improvements impacting safety, quality, and productivity.
- Apply basic knowledge of assembly equipment/processes, electrical and hydraulic circuits, and hydraulic unit function.
- Use hand tools and standard computer applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Follow safety requirements and complete required LOTO/electrical hazard training.
- High School Degree or Equivalent Required.
- Familiar with assembly processes and equipment.
- Ability to read and correctly interpret work instructions, process sheets, etc.
- Verbal communication at a level to provide meaningful feedback to internal and external customers.
- Basic math skills with the ability to convert metric measurements into standard measurements.
This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule- Pay Range: $25.77 per hour with the ability to earn up to $30.78 per hour.
