Castle Pierce is in growth mode and is seeking an experienced Flexo Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, monitoring, and operating a rewind machine. You will ensure that rolls are wound neatly, consistently, and with all quality standards met.

You will be responsible for roll transfer, removal, and monitoring runs all while keeping a focus on speed to market. If you are interested in working at a company with afamily culture where employees can work in a friendly environment that is dedicated to safety and growth

• Setup and operate Rewinder to meet specifications of output expected per customer request
• Maintain a clean work area and keep equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Follow all safety requirements
• Be consistent in exhibiting a positive reflection of the Castle Pierce culture and values

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Bending, twisting, lifting up to 30 lbs.
