Good Samaritan Society - Up to $25.50/hour - 8100 Medicine Lake Rd - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Document resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary;
Communicate resident's changing condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse;
Assist residents with meals and snacks, and provide water and supplements as appropriate;
Assist the resident in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises
