DaVita skilled nursing dialysis (DSD) services are expanding. This RN role supports dialysis treatment at skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and may travel to regional SNF clinics. 3–4 days a week with occasional Saturdays; no on‑call.

• Provide independent dialysis nursing care, following best practices and ensuring patient treatment stays on track.
• Troubleshoot dialysis equipment and patient clinical issues, using critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate treatment plans and patient education.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and self‑management.
• Supervise dialysis technicians delivering tandem care to meet efficiency goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support clinical quality initiatives.

• Current RN license in the state of practice; minimum 12 months RN experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school required (BSN or accredited diploma acceptable).
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Prior chronic or acute hemodialysis experience preferred but not required.
• Paid hands‑on training program (eligible for training while working).

• Structured classroom and hands‑on learning during initial training period.
• Training may be conducted at a facility, clinic, or with a group of new teammates.
• Work hours during training typically 32–40 hrs/week.
• May support additional local SNF locations as needed.

• Competitive pay $42–$59 per hour.
