Quality Engineering Intern; Summer

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in conducting inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Help document quality control processes and maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
• Support the team in identifying defects and non‑conformities, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Learn and apply quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge or experience with assembly or machining.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with quality control principles and methodologies is a plus.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office) with an ability to learn new systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Pay Range: $21.60/hour – $26.40/hour.
• No benefit plan eligibility.
