Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
- Assist in conducting inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Help document quality control processes and maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
- Support the team in identifying defects and non‑conformities, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Learn and apply quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge or experience with assembly or machining.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with quality control principles and methodologies is a plus.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office) with an ability to learn new systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Pay Range: $21.60/hour – $26.40/hour.
