- Review and approve industrial and consumer packaging to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Manage internal and external product regulatory requests by assigning ownership and updating status.
- Organize, update, and control SDS documents and records.
- Validate data basis related to Proposition 65, SVHC, REACH, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Maintain well‑organized records that allow ready retrieval of required information.
- Prepare documentation to assist in fulfilling requests associated to USMCA.
- Complete product and chemical classification of shipping hazardous and non‑hazardous materials.
- Support new product development.
- Actively participate in initiatives to improve processes and procedures.
- Perform other product stewardship functions as assigned.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, self‑starter.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Excellent comprehension skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- 1–3 years’ experience in regulatory chemical and product compliance.
- Experience with OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard is a plus.
- Knowledge of consumer and industrial product labeling is a plus.
- Training in 49 CFR, USDOT, IATA, and IMDG is a plus.
Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point

WorkingEnvironment
Work is performed in a general office. Most areas are climate controlled dry, indoor areas. The noise level of the work environment is usually moderate. CompensationSalary range: $75,000 to $86,000 annually.
