Game Stop - - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending additional items during transactions;
Fully support the store environment and contribute to all store sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas of the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor, ensuring products are well-presented;
Meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals and address guest questions promptly, escalating issues to a store keyholder as needed
