Game Stop - - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests and assist with gaming needs; respond to questions/concerns quickly and courteously.;
Support the store environment and sales initiatives, maintaining a clean, organized shopping area and fostering guest relationships to drive repeat business.;
Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system accurately and professionally.;
Promote Game Stop guest benefits and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.;
Assist the Store Manager with training and supervising sales associates and keyholders, including onboarding and performance feedback.
