Facilities and Machine Maintenance Technician

To drive continued success, we’re seeking a full‑time position for an experienced Facilities and Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible to help service and maintain multiple types of equipment including CNC saws, water filtration, material handling equipment and other equipment in the fabrication shop. This person would also help with the building’s facilities and maintenance.

• Conducting inspections, preventative maintenance and basic repairs for the following equipment: CNC Machines, Forklifts, Flatbed pickup truck, Water filtration system, Air Compressor, Cranes, and HVAC Systems.
• Tool room organization
• Inventory: maintain and manage parts/tools.
• Facility maintenance and property maintenance
• Parking Lot maintenance
• Misc. jobs around the office and Warehouse
• Other duties as assigned.

• Maintenance or mechanic background.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience required.
• Able-bodied and capable of lifting and moving 50-100 lbs.
• Self‑motivated, have a great work ethic.
• Must be able to work as a team or individually.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must be able to pass a background security check.
