Perform light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks under supervision;
Maintain mechanical and stationary systems including boiler operations;
Install and maintain mechanical and stationary systems; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC tasks as needed;
Maintain campus grounds and perform other outside maintenance duties;
Work with knowledge of federal, state, and local codes; communicate conditions clearly to supervision
