Experienced HVAC Technicians Wanted - Northwest Metro

Allied National Services is seeking skilled and experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic and growing team. If you're passionate about delivering top-quality service and take pride in your technical abilities, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably. You’ll also provide outstanding customer service while adhering to safety and quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning components
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Recommend energy-efficient solutions, upgrades, or system improvements
• Maintain accurate records of all services, repairs, and inspections
• Communicate effectively with clients, clearly explaining system issues and proposed solutions
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and industry regulations
• Perform light general maintenance and handyman duties as needed
• Assist with minor electrical tasks when required

• HVAC certification and licensing (required)
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
• Solid understanding of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems
• Proficient in the use of HVAC diagnostic tools and service equipment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in tight spaces and in varying weather conditions
• EPA certification (preferred)
• Capable of lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods
• General handyman and light electrical knowledge is a plus
