As a Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Installer, you’ll fabricate, install, and repair a variety of architectural and commercial roofing sheet metal systems while working alongside an experienced team committed to safety and excellence.

• Install commercial roofing sheet metal, including coping, fascia, edge metal, flashing, gutters, downspouts, and custom‑fabricated components
• Read blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, bend, and install sheet metal with precision
• Work closely with your Superintendent and crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements

• Experience in commercial roofing sheet metal installation preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders and work safely at heights
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Willingness to learn — we will train the right person
• Basic knowledge of OSHA and safety guidelines (or willingness to learn)
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites and/or shop
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 50+ lbs
• Comfort working at heights
• Reliability and the ability to work outdoors in various climates
• No fear of heights
