Behavioral Health Team Leader

We are hiring for:
Behavioral Health Team Leader (Regular).
Pay: $24.00 hourly; $1,000 Sign-On Bonus available for full-time positions.

• Oversight of one location program in Stroudsburg.
• Coordinate and monitor services identified in each person’s Person Centered Plan while working closely with paraprofessional and clinical/professional staff.
• Participate in a first responder on‑call system available 24/7/365; coordinate first‑response resources according to consumer need and the PCP.
• Provide individual‑specific training, interview, hire, and train employees, plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, reward, apply corrective action, and resolve complaints.
• Complete Service Authorization Requests and ensure authorization is in place prior to service provision.
• Provide clinical supervision to all employees.
• Minimize the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence on daily living and personal development.
• Document services, including daily full service notes with required details.

• May need to be a Qualified Professional defined by service definition requirements (license, degree, or experience as specified).
• Must meet the education, experience, licensure/certification requirements specified for the service provided.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; driver’s insurance and vehicle if the position requires driving.
• Employee supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
• Pre‑employment screening: background check, drug testing, education verification, and credentialing.
