- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and overall execution.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals.
- Track project costs, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and financial performance.
- Lead meetings and communicate project status, risks, and key decisions.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage subcontractor performance and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
- Support estimating, budgeting, and value engineering efforts as needed.
- 3+ years of construction project management experience.
- Commercial construction experience required.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- SST Card required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar software preferred.
- Approximately 70% office and 30% field-based.
- Typical schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Hyde Park, NY.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
