Nelson School (SAU 29) is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Reading Specialist for a 10% part-time position
. This role is perfect for a veteran educator looking to stay connected to the classroom while providing targeted, high-impact literacy support to students and teachers alike.

Your Role in the School

- Curriculum Alignment: Ensure literacy instruction aligns with grade-level goals and supports the "whole child" approach to learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Reading/English Language Arts or Curriculum/Instruction (with an emphasis in literacy instruction).
- Certification: Must hold or be eligible for NH Reading and Writing Specialist #0037 certification (or HQT status if applicable via the Critical Shortage List).
