Paralegal, Real Estate Litigation

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic team, specializing in Real Estate Litigation.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a wide range of commercial litigation activities and support our legal team in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all stages of commercial real estate litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practices, trials, and appeals.
• Manage and organize complex litigation files and ensure compliance with e-filing requirements in state and federal courts.
• Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents and estate planning documents with a high level of accuracy.
• Utilize e-discovery platforms effectively and conduct legal research as needed.
• Support marketing activities and maintain a robust filing system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate litigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with e-filing and a solid understanding of court procedures.
