CEO, Law Firm

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to steer our law firm into its next phase of growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess the strategic foresight and operational acumen necessary to lead a dynamic and multifaceted organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute the firm's long-term vision and strategic objectives.
• Oversee financial management, including cash flow, investments, and profitability to ensure the firm's fiscal health.
• Enhance internal systems and processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor the management team to cultivate a positive and productive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards.
• Act as the firm's representative in interactions with clients, investors, and the public.
• Drive marketing, client acquisition, and business development to grow the client base.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a CEO within a law firm setting.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a professional service environment.
• Expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans and business development initiatives.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and performance analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and staff.
• Adept at identifying and resolving complex issues and guiding the firm through challenges.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business principles and practices.

Opportunity Highlights:

This role offers the chance to lead an established law firm specializing in Business, Healthcare, Real Estate, Employment, and Estate Planning Law. The firm consists of a dedicated team of 35 professionals, including 20 attorneys. The position reports to a four-member Board of Directors and operates in a hybrid work setting based in Garden City, NY.

Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $250,000, plus a bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
