Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities in a public school district location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting school administrators and/or public emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of school buildings, parking areas, athletic fields, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor access points during assigned patrol routes, checking doors, gates, and visitor areas for irregularities and/or policy violations that may help to deter unauthorized activity;
Document and report observed hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy issues through detailed written reports and timely communication to site leadership and Allied Universal management
