Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor, contractor, and delivery access as directed, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity in accordance with post instructions.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with residents, visitors, property management, and/or emergency services when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns, hazards, and/or maintenance issues for reporting.
