Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at an educational location.;
Monitor the front desk area, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and credentials as required, and maintain visitor logs and/or access records.;
Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.;
Observe activity in the lobby and surrounding entry areas, report unusual conditions or policy violations, and help to deter unauthorized access.;
Communicate clearly with campus personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while maintaining a professional, service-oriented presence.
