We’re hiring a Billing Coordinator in New Iberia to support a growing healthcare team. If you know ICD, CPT, claims, and reimbursements—and love turning complex data into clean, accurate billing—this role is built for you.

• Strong Excel Proficiency –Excel Score of 90% or above
• EDI Invoice Submission experience
• Billing Experience
• Transport Management Company Experience
• Freight or Fuel Company Experience

• Support billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Review financial data to ensure correct charges and documentation
• Assist with new billing workflows and evolving financial procedures
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
• Apply problem-solving skills to identify and correct billing issues
• Maintain organized records and support audit-ready documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement within billing and finance operations
