Optimize fleet utilization and manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisition, tracking, capitalization, and disposal.Focus on 'end-of-life' assets to ensure proper disposal or sale, maximizing gains on asset sales while enhancing active fleet performance.Ensure accurate and timely recording of fixed assets, including reconciliation of physical asset counts and updating asset records.Identify opportunities to improve fleet management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and procurement, to align and accurately track assets.Maintain high visibility of fleet status, including utilization by set size, equipment under repair or inspection, turnaround timelines, and rehires.We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent years of experience.5 – 10 years of relevant experience with data mining and business optimization.Professional and effective communication skills with people at various organizational levels.Strong influencing without authority and forward-thinking skills.Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.We recruit the best talent.
