Project Manager Construction

We are looking for a project manager construction for our branch in Böblingen-Stuttgart.

• Preparation of construction projects in coordination with our clients or the internal project development department
• Coordination of the project team and project stakeholders in all phases of project realization until turnkey completion
• Engagement of subcontractors
• Management of the own construction team
• Control of construction production processes in cooperation with the local construction site management
• Cost and schedule control
• Change order management
• Allocation of personnel and heavy equipment
• Ensuring compliance with valid regulations, guidelines, and company policies

• Completed degree in civil engineering (FH/TH) (desirable)
• Several years of professional experience as a project manager or construction manager in SF - construction
• Management qualities, ambitious, open, dynamic, flexible, and perseverance, an economic and commercial mindset
• Organizational skills, open-mindedness, team capability, engagement
• Team spirit, willingness to develop someone else
• Excellent communication skills and particularly approachable on all levels
• Proficient knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and planning programs (e.g., Asta or MS Project)
• German language skills at C1 level required

The office building is located just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the Motorworld. Currently, around 50 colleagues work here. The Ten Brinke Project Development and Ten Brinke Construction form a unit. The projects are handled jointly.
