Technician For Technical Vocational Training
Alternative Drives Are Your Thing
Do you see your future in the world of alternative drive technologies and want to bring the latest electric and hybrid drives, battery technologies, new on-board networks, and charging systems to the road? Then in this training, you will learn everything about our E-vehicles, including assistance systems, autonomous driving, and vehicle networking.
Your Tasks
- Diagnosis, maintenance, and adjustment of vehicles and mechatronic systems, such as brakes and steering, automatic transmissions, suspension systems, and engine management
- Knowing and applying networked systems, high-voltage systems, comfort and safety systems, as well as wireless signal transmission systems
- Vehicle inspections according to road traffic regulations
Qualifications
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- Good knowledge of mathematics and physics
- Interest in modern vehicle technologies
- Secure color vision
- Sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and precise working method
Additional Information:
For your application, you should have at least a good secondary school or high school diploma.
During your training at Mercedes-Benz AG, Stuttgart Branch, you will be assigned to at least three locations to gain comprehensive knowledge, as well as various repair methods and vehicle models.
