Duales Studium Bei Mercedes-Benz
The dual study program at Mercedes-Benz offers not only a solid academic education and practical experience but also significant corporate experience. Through the campus model, you will experience the company up close! In joint training sessions and seminars, which take place mainly in Stuttgart, you will meet students from all plants.
The theory phases are spent at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg at the Campus Friedrichshafen. The Embedded Systems course combines engineering with computer science. It combines content from electrical engineering, electronics, information technology, and systems engineering. Whenever a computer system consisting of hardware and software components is "embedded" in a comprehensive technical product, we are dealing with this cross-sectional technology.
In everyday life, we encounter embedded systems in smartphones, smart TVs, and also in our vehicles: in infotainment, assistance, and safety systems or in autonomous driving.
In the Automotive Engineering study program, in addition to the technical foundations of electrical engineering, electronics, and computer science, extensive teaching content on system and software development, approval requirements, standards, and industry standards in the automotive industry are provided.
During the practical phases, you will gain experience, for example, in vehicle development, software and control unit development, measurement and testing technology, or in production.
We offer you an attractive salary during your dual study program. After successful completion, you will have optimal entry-level and career opportunities in the company due to your practical experience.
