Your Mission

On-site integration:
Own the full technical integration at customer sites — from mapping processes and identifying touchpoints to configuring triggers, decisions, and physical handshakes across all relevant systems and environments.

Handoff and support:
Deliver documented, reproducible solutions with clear run-books, then provide ongoing support once the site is live and feed failure patterns back into the team's playbook.

Contributing back:
Identify product gaps that consistently create integration work and build up the team's playbook with reusable patterns, preferred tooling choices, and lessons from the field.

Experience in systems integration, field engineering, or solutions engineering:
Ideally in a logistics, industrial, or robotics context.

Hands-on with at least one class of integration environment:
Enterprise systems (SAP, WMS, ERP), industrial hardware (PLCs, sensors, bus systems), or workflow automation platforms (n8n, node-red, or similar).

Strong process thinking:
You can model a customer's operational logic, identify where it breaks, and translate it into something a robot can act on.

Clear communicator in German:
You can explain integration decisions to a facility manager and to a software engineer, and you know when each framing is needed.

Drivers License B1 or above:
You will be on the road and spend a meaningful part of your time in warehouses and distribution centres, not at a desk.
