Quality Management Powertrain
The powertrain - the heart of our automobiles. In 15 locations across Europe, Asia, and the USA, we produce the six components that drive our automobiles: axles, engines, transmissions, batteries, electric powertrains, and components.
And we are part of this network. As quality management powertrain, we ensure that our customers experience Mercedes-Benz power train products of top quality.
Be a part of this and gain insight into the comprehensive work content and methods of quality management. In collaboration with numerous partners within and outside our center, you will have the opportunity to implement your innovative ideas.
Our team "QM-System Powertrain and digitalization" is responsible for audit management, standardization of processes and methods at the power train locations in Stuttgart, Berlin, and Hamburg, as well as ensuring the further development of the quality management system and quality capability towards third parties (certification) of the aforementioned locations.
When it comes to quality management and especially QM-System, do you think first of compliance with normative, legal, and regulatory requirements? That is certainly correct. However, if you also believe that this is a dry field with a focus on the mindless rolling of norms, we can tell you that this is not the case.
Our team is involved in various exciting fields related to quality. Whether it is the design of the QM-System of our Mercedes-Benz power train locations in Untertürkheim, Berlin, and Hamburg, the approvals of processes for new products, or the digitalization of our quality-relevant data.
We do not work in the quiet chambers but work closely with almost all departments and employees in other power train plants.
Help us to further optimize and digitalize the QM-System!
The following challenges will come to you:
Participation in the application and further development of methods and processes in quality management as well as modeling of processes with BPMN 2.0, further development of a QM-System community in the area
