Internship In Quality Management
Do you want to understand how our vehicles perform in real customer operations – and actively contribute to making Mercedes-Benz Vans even better?
If so, you are in the right place. As VAN/OQF, we are responsible within the quality management of Mercedes-Benz Vans for the analysis and control of customer complaints in the field. Our goal is the sustainable improvement of customer perception, the assurance of product conformity, and the continuous development of our vehicles based on real customer experiences. The department "Field Quality MB Vans" at the Stuttgart location focuses on the areas of series control field quality, electrical/electronics, and body and chassis.
As an intern, you will be part of a central control team with high visibility in the company and gain direct insights into the decision-making processes of vehicle quality. For the further development of our processes and structures, we are looking for committed personalities who take responsibility and actively shape things.
Your tasks:
- You analyze real customer complaints from the field and derive data-based action recommendations to improve our vehicles
- You support the preparation and execution of top management committees and experience how quality-relevant decisions are made
- You create presentations and decision-making documents for management based on your analyses and research
- You contribute to the further development and optimization of processes as well as the modeling of processes in the field quality area
- You independently take over small work packages and work closely with various interface areas (e.g., development, production, after sales)

Your profile:
- Study in the field of engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable courses
- Interest in technical connections, data analysis, and the improvement of products from the customer's perspective
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working method
- Eagerness to take responsibility and actively drive topics forward
- Excellent communication skills and interest in cross-departmental cooperation
- Very good MS-Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel), experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Mural) is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills in speech and writing, Spanish is advantageous
- Willingness to regularly be present on site
