Senior Project Engineer

We are looking for a (Senior) Project Engineer in the project management for the expansion project Gäubahn Section South (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the location of Stuttgart. The Gäubahn is a regionally very significant route and is used by the international long-distance line from Stuttgart to Zurich. You can bring your ideas and experiences into the preliminary planning phase as we are at the birth of a major project.

Your tasks:

• In your role as a (Senior) Project Engineer, you are responsible for the quality, budget, and timely planning and implementation of KIB, tunnel construction measures, and track facilities within the framework of a complex infrastructure project
• You are in close contact with project stakeholders, such as engineering firms, authorities, and internal specialist departments of DB InfraGO AG
• With your holistic view of the project, you never lose sight of the goal and the connections
• With us, you are the client - you use the BIM method and convince in all project phases
• The tendering and awarding of planning and consulting services in various performance phases in cooperation with the purchasing department of DB AG is also part of your tasks
• You keep the relevant laws, regulations, and environmentally friendly requirements and goals of DB AG in focus

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your studies as a civil engineer
• You have several years of professional experience in project management, planning, or realization of construction projects, preferably in rail infrastructure
• You have good knowledge of contract and change management - the HOAI and VOB are familiar to you
• You approach your tasks proactively, you can structure yourself and your environment well and always keep an overview even in stressful situations
• You are good at communicating your point of view and are keen to take on responsibility
• Stakeholder management is not foreign to you, so dealing with engineering firms and authorities is no problem for you
