As a team member of Van Contract Management China, we are responsible for the industrialization of VAN.EA (Van Electric Architecture) in China and strive for a successful future through close cooperation with our partners. Our team plays a central role. We define and shape the contract landscape with our joint venture partner in China.
As an intern, you will support us as a full team member in an international field and contribute to the development of the VAN.EA project through contract management with our joint venture partner.
Your tasks:
- Support in the creation, review, and management of contracts as well as in the coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintenance and updating of the contract database
- Contribution to the digitization of contract processes and the implementation of new tools and technologies for efficiency improvement
- Support in the coordination and monitoring of project milestones and progress as well as in the establishment and maintenance of the project annual plan
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of management workshops and regular communication meetings with China
- Contribution to the creation of presentations and reports as well as the preparation of results for strategic decision-making
The activity can start from mid-August 2026.
Qualifications:
- Course of study in the field of business administration, law, business law, industrial engineering, engineering courses with a business-related focus or comparable fields
- Ideally, you already have experience and interest in contract or negotiation management
- Secure handling of MS Office (especially advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills)
- Negotiation-safe German and secure English skills in speech and writing
- You process your tasks systematically and analytically and can handle time pressure
- You have a quick understanding and enjoy working independently in an agile working environment
- Team spirit, conceptual skills, and experience in creating presentations including the visualization of complex relationships characterize you
