This position is located at our Ditzingen site.
As a representative of project and contract management (m/w/d), you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating our contractual agreements between Hitachi Rail and our customers, such as Deutsche Bahn, as well as our suppliers. With the goal of optimizing profitability and profitability, you will identify improvement potentials and ways while taking into account contractual conditions. You will always be in contact with our project managers.
Thus, you actively contribute to the mobility transition.
This also includes the following tasks:
- Support our project managers and other specialist departments such as sales during contract negotiations and the agreement of contractual conditions
- Analyze our contracts and contract documents regarding performance demarcation and other requirements to identify possible risks
- Counteract with appropriate measures and develop solution strategies to successfully represent our demands
- Create and monitor contract adjustments and claims, coordinating and supervising the entire process
- Regularly check compliance with contractual obligations and coordinate with our team
- Your tasks are rounded off by documentation as evidence for our customers and suppliers as well as reporting on contract fulfillment, compliance, and changes
What you bring with you:
- You have a completed degree in law, (technical) business administration, ideally with a focus on project management or comparable
- Alternatively, you have a completed commercial qualification with relevant experience in contract, claim, or offer management
- You have several years of experience in contract, claim, offer, or project management, ideally you have already been involved in projects in the rail industry
- You are confident in dealing with templates, methods, and processes and always know the best approach
- You always keep all project stakeholders in sight and informed, drive things forward yourself and can assert yourself even in the face of problems
- Your language skills in German are fluent
