In the industry and assembly manufacturer center of Mercedes-Benz Vans, we shape the future of sector-specific mobility solutions together with our international partners.

Assembly manufacturers are highly specialized companies that customize our vehicles according to customer wishes to become ambulances, refrigerated vehicles, logistics vehicles, service vehicles, motorhomes, municipal vehicles, or many other special solutions.

Our team "Product & Marketing" ensures that the base vehicles of Mercedes-Benz Vans are optimally designed for later assembly and conversion. We accompany these solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle – from the early definition of customer and assembly manufacturer requirements to the development of new vehicle generations and the worldwide marketing of innovative sector solutions.

Especially exciting:
You will gain insights into the development of our future vehicle architecture VAN.EA/ and work on topics that will sustainably shape the next generation of Mercedes-Benz Vans.

Your tasks:

• Contribution to the development of the next vehicle generations VAN.EA and
• Participation in the strategic development of the Mercedes-Benz Vans product portfolio
• Support in the definition and implementation of assembly manufacturer and sector requirements within the product development process
• Contribution to the development of the international partner programs Mercedes-Benz Van Partner and Mercedes-Benz Van Solution Partner
• Participation in the conception and implementation of sector-specific marketing strategies and marketing measures
• Support in the creation and development of communication and marketing content (print, film, digital)
• Planning, preparation, and execution of trade fairs, events, and workshops
• Collaboration with international Mercedes-Benz sales companies and assembly manufacturer partners
• Preparation of competitive, market, and trend analyses as well as derivation of action recommendations
• Preparation of management presentations and decision-making documents

The position can start in October 2026.

Qualifications:

• Study of business administration, business engineering, international business, automotive engineering, marketing, or a comparable course of study
• Interest in marketing, event management, product management, mobility, and technological innovations
• Enthusiasm for international projects and working in a demanding company environment
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
• Communication skills, team capability, and self-initiative
• Intercultural competence, curiosity, and openness
