Around 2000 employees manufacture the heart pieces of our cars in our center. The center coordination directly supports the center's management. We coordinate all cross-cutting tasks, such as personnel coordination, safety, environmental and energy issues, efficiency management, cross-cutting projects and initiatives, internal communication and process developments as well as standards and methods.

During your mandatory internship, you will gain insight into the complex processes of engine production in Europe, the high-level management structure and the cooperation with numerous internal partners, such as planning, quality management, logistics and controlling. By participating in current projects and tasks, you will have the opportunity to implement your innovative ideas and redesign processes. You will also have the chance to drive your own projects independently and implement your ideas directly in the production environment.

These tasks will be your responsibility:

• Support in the operational and organizational field and direct support of the management of the motor production
• Participation in the internal structuring of the team and the daily tasks, including measures tracking and ensuring regular communication
• Participation in the preparation of presentation materials for top management
• Support in the planning, organization and execution of workshops, town halls and management events
• Participation in the preparation and follow-up of boards, meetings and working groups
• Preparation and visualization of key figures to support strategic decisions
• Processing of projects in collaboration with the team, managers and adjacent areas
• Care and development of our internal social intranet appearance

The activity can start in September 2026.

Qualifications:

• Degree in communication/economics, marketing, business/economics, business engineering, mechanical engineering, humanities/social sciences or a comparable course
• Secure German and English language skills in speech and writing
• Secure handling of MS-Office
• Profound communication and team skills
• Creativity and initiative
• Organizational skills and reliability
• Fun in creating picture and video material
• Quick comprehension and agility
• Analytical thinking and structured working method
