Our team "Mercedes-Benz Group Tax Accounting" is assigned to the "Tax & Fiscal Matters" department and deals with income taxes in the consolidated and individual balance sheet.

We are responsible for income tax accounting topics in the consolidated financial statements of the Mercedes-Benz Group. We determine and analyze accounting key figures in connection with income taxes and prepare them for internal and external reporting. For income tax issues in the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement, we are the contact point for internal and external stakeholders.

Our area of responsibility is complemented by exciting special topics and projects.

These tasks await you:

• Participation in the creation, analysis, and commentary of income tax positions in the consolidated financial statements of the Mercedes-Benz Group according to IFRS
• Assistance in the conceptual development and optimization of existing analysis files and processes
• Support in special topics and projects

The position can start in October/November 2026.

Qualifications:

• Study of economics or a comparable course of study
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Secure German and English skills in speech and writing
• Profound analytical, structured, conceptual, and networked thinking
• High affinity for numbers and complex relationships
• High degree of independence, reliability, and willingness to commit

Please note that your internship at this location must include a mandatory compulsory component.

Duration of the internship: for 4 to 5 months
