As a financial accountant (m/w/d) at camos, you will ensure the quality of our financial data and closing processes in a growing software environment. Your work ensures that closings are reliable, payment processes function smoothly, and finance acts as a reliable partner in the company – where professionalism and personal responsibility meet.

• Responsibility for the operational processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger processes
• Ensuring a high data quality through careful accounting, account reconciliations, and documentation
• Conducting account reconciliations as well as analysis and sustainable clarification of discrepancies and open issues
• Supporting monthly and annual closings and contributing to their quality and timely completion
• Ensuring smooth payment traffic including the control of payment runs
• Early recognition of risks and inconsistencies as well as open and transparent communication of possible impacts and options for action
• Close cooperation with internal and external contacts to clarify finance-related matters and ensure smooth financial processes
• Creation and maintenance of traceable documentations as well as support in tax reporting and audit requirements

• Several years of experience in financial accounting
• Good knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger processes as well as their interplay in the monthly closing
• Experience with account reconciliations and difference analyses
• Basic knowledge in the HGB environment
• Secure use of Excel, especially in data verification and data preparation
• Structured and traceable documentation of your work results
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Basic English language skills (at least B1)

• Contacts with IFRS or group structures
• Experience with audit documents
