Universal Banker

Role Overview:
This position involves providing excellent customer service in a retail banking environment by processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and promoting bank products and services.

• Assist clients with teller and platform support, including deposits, currency handling, and account opening.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable financial products.
• Open and process various deposit accounts such as savings, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.
• Cross-sell services, make referrals, and participate in outbound calls and campaigns to generate new business.
• Support clients with loan applications and coordinate with relevant teams for processing.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences and resolve inquiries or issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, and risk management procedures.
• Assist with daily operational tasks, audit controls, and training new associates.

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year of teller experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability to perform financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Commitment to compliance, risk management, and ongoing learning.

Must pass background and credit checks, adhere to S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act regulations, and meet all employment criteria.
