Your Mission

As a GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer, you will develop, implement, and industrialize modern AI solutions for our clients. You bring solid software engineering know-how and use it to implement applications based on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud-based architectures close to production – from the first idea to integration into existing landscapes.

What You Can Expect

Implement AI solutions in real projects.

• You conceptualize and implement AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions for our clients from different industries.
• You work with architects, developers, and data/AI experts on proof-of-concepts, MVPs, and production-ready solutions and take responsibility for technical implementation packages.

Bring strong engineering skills to modern AI stacks.

• You develop, test, and integrate components around LLMs, GenAI workflows, Agentic AI approaches, as well as interfaces to existing systems and data sources.
• You work with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), current AI frameworks, and proven engineering practices such as clean code, testing, CI/CD, and versioned development.

Actively shape innovation and further development.

• You monitor new trends and technologies in the field of Generative AI and evaluate how we can integrate these meaningfully into customer solutions and internal assets.
• You actively contribute to the further development of architectural approaches, reusability, quality, and delivery standards in the GenAI environment.

We Look Forward To

Education or degree with a technological focus Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, data science, mathematics, engineering, or a comparable field with a strong technical focus. Alternatively, a comparable qualification with a strong technical focus.

Experience with AI, GenAI & Agentic AI You have 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in software development and practical experience in implementing AI, GenAI, LLM, and/or Agentic AI solutions.

Technologies & Frameworks You know relevant technologies and frameworks such as Python, GenAI, and Agentic AI frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or comparable tools and have already used them practically.

Solid software engineering skills You have a good understanding of software architecture, clean implementation, testing, integration, and the development of production-ready applications in cloud or platform environments.

Language skills & mobility Very good German (B2/C1 CEFR) and English (B2/C1 CEFR) skills as well as willingness to travel for project-related purposes.
